Get support for subscriptions, account data, privacy requests, Health permissions, and Apple Watch setup for SaunaTracker Pro.

Email support with your device model, iOS/watchOS version, app build number, and a screenshot if the issue is visible.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Premium purchases are managed by Apple through StoreKit. SaunaTracker Pro uses the server-recognized plan to unlock backend-backed Premium features.

  • In the app, open Profile and use the subscription controls to restore purchases or refresh your Premium status.
  • To manage or cancel a subscription, use iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
  • If Profile plan and Backend access disagree after restoring purchases, email support with a screenshot of the Access Status section.

Account Data and Privacy

Data export and account deletion are available in the app from Profile. If you cannot access your account, contact us for help with privacy or data requests.

Common Setup Checks

  • Health permissions can be reviewed in iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > SaunaTracker Pro.
  • Watch Mode requires the SaunaTracker Pro Apple Watch app and Health permissions on Apple Watch.
  • Light Mode runs iPhone-only sessions when an Apple Watch is not available.
